Yes. Cancel whenever you like — you keep full access until the end of your current billing period, then your workspace drops to the Free plan with all your data still in it, so you can pick up where you left off. In-app export stays available for 30 days after your subscription ends.
Essential comes with a 14-day free trial. We ask for a card up front (to keep trials fair and one-per-business), but you are not charged during the trial. We email you a reminder 3 days before it ends, and it converts to $19.99/mo (GST included) only if you don't cancel first.
All major credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe. Billing is in Australian dollars (AUD), and every price shown includes GST.
We never delete your data when you reach a limit. Listing, contact, open-home and inquiry allowances count what's been added in the last 30 days, not the total you hold. When you reach one, adding more of that kind pauses — everything you already have stays available, and upgrading raises the limit straight away. CSV imports count too: an import keeps the rows that fit and tells you how many it skipped. Open-home check-ins never count toward a limit, and AI assists reset each day.
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of your current period. If we ever change a price, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice first.
